[MOD] Blue S5 toggles for JB 4.3

For tw based JellyBean 4.3 roms.

Made this for myself because I dont feel the need to upgrade to KK anytime soon , and there might be others on JB still who want this. If you do, just DL, flash from recovery [I use twrp without issues, idk about cwm], reboot and enjoy.

I've got multiple colors as well, so if somebody wants a different color, just let me know.

I've changed them up a bit on my device, if anybody wants different color or looking power lights along the bottom, let me know. I'm gonna keep messing around with them a bit till I get it right.
