I was surfing in the miui.cn forums and came across those apps and rom.
it called Aedesgin ROM, it is actually iOS rom.. (only for HTC Legend and Desire)
However, the developer have released apps that dont need the rom's framework so they can work on any phone..
The apps are:
-Launcher (got english translation)
-wheater (got english translation)
-comapass (got 1/2 english translation)
-clock (Chinese languge only)
-calculator (dont need english translation XD)
HOWEVER THEY ARE IN CHINESE SO YOU ARE WELCOME TO TRANSLATE THEM

it have iphone like multi tasking (working only in the launcher - swipe up to open it),iphone like search,already in english, cool folder effects and overall it much faster than AED launcher.

Pay attention, you can not install apps from the rom since they need the full framework with them.. (meaning you can not run it without the whole rom...)
only the launcher compass etc' that was modded to work without the rom would work.. (if you will take a look, the compass in the rom is 1.1m where in the market its 1.5m, which means that it got some extra files that are needed for it to run without the rom's framework..)
