Is there such an app available for the Z2 which gives the option to speak received messages and reply by voice whilst driving, similar to the one found on Lumia devices?

I use an App call Keepal, its works ok for now untill a better program comes along ! lol

Z2 does have one built in, if you open Smart connect you can choose what happens when you plug headphones in. I normally plug my phone into my car to listen to music so i've set it up so when i recieve a message and my headphones are plug in it automatically reads out the message for me
Its one of the actions you can setup under Headphones setting.
