Help with Android System huge battery loss

My battery has been dying fast all day for the last two days. I have DU battery and it shows that Android system is taking 38.3% of my battery. What can I do to stop it, and if I don't respond right away I'll respond by 1130pm PST. My battery is now at 7% left at 320pm to work it is now 8:07pm. Is it normal for this or should I expect better?

Left with my battery at 78%. I've had it in my pocket since 4pm.

By any chance have you been performing soft resets?

Soft resets? Quick reboots no, I did one reboot it stopped eating so much but, that's also because iI'm on WiFi, with airplane toggled

Hmmm now its Chrome taking a lot of battery 28.2%, 21.4% And 7.4%. Weird yes, but it just dropped 2%.

Me too! Crazy battery drain happened random in the last 2 days. My phone was dead in 2 hours (not straight us)
