I made a transparent notification pulldown menu for my phone and i figured id share:) Notifications show in black boxes still. This works on stock roms, teshxx streamlined roms and any of the amazing kernels are devs make.

unzip file and install with root explorer, set permissions correctly before moving to /system/app/

Feel free to take apart my apk and use my artwork in your own themes or change whatever you like. I encourage it

Thats the beauty of open source.

1.....long press down any item in root explorer, click permissions. sorry that it took so long to reply.
2.....from the device open a terminal app
Type
su
fix_permissions
3........ADB
adb shell fix_permissions
4 Via clockworkmod recovery.
