[Q] can't find vzwphoneservice.apk to remove

i really need to remove the annoying 'this is is form an unknown source' popup at every boot.
the internet has been kind enough to direct me to delete system/app/vzwphoneservice.apk
but it's not there, and i connot find it anywhere.

please help - where is it??

Better to use an app (TitaniumBackup, etc) to freeze "com.motorola.setupwizard.phoneservice".
If you remove it, you'll need to put it back or RSD back to stock to take an OTA update.
