[ROM] BLACKBIRD 2.3.4 v1.1 STABLE

Not Really sure, but my friend just bought the optimus hub here in france and i had a look.
It has the framework of RC2 (v1 has different systemui)
The camera has autofocus (tested) but according to the booklet it has a 3.2 mpx camera, cant remember if it has a flash.
The V10D has new messaging icon (as in blackbird v1)
it has NFC and a toggle in statusbar, the rom feels faster but the phone does have a 800mhz processor (arm11) , browser speed is like a rocket; the xda page loaded in 4 seconds for him, and 7/8 on my phone. Maybe 8.02b/g/n?

- both optimus net and optimus hub have LG UI 2.0 (same launcher and framework i suppose)
- camera mpx difference (3 for p500 and 3.2 for e510) should not be a problem, maybe it works with proper camera's libs
- have you got the link to download the kdz of optimus hub?
- rome alpha3 works well....i am testing also the new kernel released by franco and it is ok
- which process goes in FC?
- yes you can make a theme with UOT

thanks. and how can i get power menu?
is impossible to add the power menu to this rom.....use quickboot

Why did you remove Darktremor? Link2SD is good, but it does not free as much space as Darktremor.
because a2sd causes a boot loop problem for users who want to keep the dalvik cache on the internal memory.
if you want you can flash the a2sd zip after the rom and uninstall link2sd (it is an app)

i am joking....obviously i use the blackbird, and now the beta version
please release one version without app2sd and link2sd pls its request to you because a2sd is not getting removed by the terminal emulator
Flash the beta version...but before flashing it remember to delete the link2sd.apk from the zip

Do not extract....just open it with winrar, search for link2sd.apk in /data/app and delete it.
Then flash the rom.

Finally the port is done!
This rom is a porting of android 2.3.4 from optimus net, it is fully working except some bugs (see the end of the post).
First of all, thanks to all people who carried on this port (especially to gianvolpe and hecatae).
BlackBird 2.3.4 v1.1 STABLE:
- based on android 2.3.4 v10C from optimus net
- root + superuser (updated to the last version)
- busybox

ROM's known bugs:
camcorder's zoom doesn't work
no sim contacts recognised
no autofocus
strange crashes when you charge the phone and it is turned off (remove the battery to solve)
tethering works only with 3rd party apps
HOW TO INSTALL:
You need latest gingerbread baseband (v20g).
Reboot in recovery
Partition SD card
wipe cache,data and dalvik + format system.
Finally flash the zip and reboot the phone.
Now the ROM has been succesfully flashed!
If you notice lags and you think that the rom is not fast enough, please flash paolo's v6 touchfix kernel.

Modifications:
- camera app fully replaced to p500 stock one (camera focus and effects are now fully working when taking photos or using camcorder too)
- using standard sh instead of bash (bash had very heavy size)
- removed nano
- added some missing stock lg features (live wallpapers, widgets, memo app, p500 version of thinkfree office)
- added some apps to /data that I use, and I've missed from any rom I've ever used, like: stopwatch, rings extended, link2sd, nofrills classic.
- updateable google apps with heavy size moved to /data (gmail, maps with street view, google play services, youtube)
Rom comes with franco.kernel #4, like in BlackBird v.1.2 beta 1, but I recommend to use an older franco.kernel from this dropbox link:

Later if v10d version boots without any error on screen, I may try to add PaoloM70's V6-touch3 kernel, cause I had better battery life with that one in stock p500 v20g rom.3
