I flashed the Paranoid android 4.4 release and it is stuck in boot. If I wanted to flash the stock rom, how can I do it using the command prompt on windows? And if not... how can I fix this?!

here you go
first, you go to fastboot. Turn the phone off, and hold down the volume down and power button keys. Then you download the android sdk, which is available from google. After that, try looking up some android fastboot commands. Get familiar with it. Flash a recovery, and then you go into recovery without exiting the bootloader first. Flash the rom from there. As long as you can get to the bootloader you're safe.
