Force ZVA update sprint lg G2

I just got my insurance replacement today and it came with zv8 software on it. The phone i had prior to this one had the ZVA update and i have tried to hit the update tab under settings and im.still not getting them. Any ideas?

If you want to do it manally...there are stock ZVA roms in the Sprint section...else use the keypad code in the "Sprint Dialer Codes thread..."
Also please post in the correct section....helps keeps the forum clean. :)
