USB port went out.. Need to return to complete stock?

Att offered me a warranty exchange but I need to return to complete stock.. Right now I'm rooted custom recovery stock ROM? Just need to to a nandroid and then I have the custom on the screen on boot too like it's been tampered with.. can I do everything with out a USB cable

No, you're going to need to use Odin to reflash the stock firmware. Even if you remove SafeStrap and unroot, your probably still show custom during boot.
