This is KDZ_FW_UPD application translated to English. Also it has the fix for disabled buttons included (so you don't need to use Windows Enabler) and it has a few more options.

Leave it set to DIAG for normal flashing. Also check that you have MSXML 4.0 SP3 Parser and .NET Framework 3.5 installed before flashing.
There is some information about it in 4pda.ru forum:
DIAG - standard flashing mode for phones which are turned on.
EMERGENCY - mode for flashing phones in Emergency (Download) Mode.
CS_EMERGENCY- same thing, but appears to be for non-working phones.
Use last one only in worst case scenario.

I've tried to flash my LGP509 with this program but it keeps crashing on me. Tried it on two different Windows 7 computers with the same result. Is there a walkaround and does anyone here have advice? I'm getting frustrated and my phone is bicked

But still u can use this program to flash your phone

this did not work 4 me it went thru on all three and still no ime no battery stat and unknown baseband someone plz help plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
