Bluetooth tether?

Has anyone been able to share internet connection via Bluetooth? Has the manufacturer or this version of android removed this ability? I tried some apps from the market but its a no go.

I had issues with mine, but resolved it. It would connect, but no internet. I ended up turning on "mock locations" in the
developer options and it started working.

So I tried mock location but no success. Seems like the Bluetooth internet sharing option is missing in the WiFi/hotspot options menu.
