unlocked padlock icon and custom on my startup screen

Does anyone know why my phone displays these things at startup? It is completely stock, recently bought b nib a week ago. Is it possible my phone has an unlocked bootloader?

Your bootloader is still locked.You must have enabled ART runtime in developer options. Switching back to dalvik will take it away. There is already thread on this
