Sounds like you need to unpair and then pair it via Bluetooth.
had the same problem.
I had to go back to stock rom and problem solved.
there seems to be an incompatibility with CM based rom.

Do you try instaling smartwach conecting app from google play store. Sorry for my bad english, it isn't my native lenguaje. Regards from Argentina
