[Q] Defy Stuck

Woke up, and I saw the android bot with the triangle with an exclamation mark in it.

The strange thing is, all i did was plug my phone into my laptop last night to charge.

I haven't tried modifying it any way.

Tried holding power and volume+ but not getting through.

I've checked similar threads but none seem to have had this problem....

any advice ??

Did you remove the battery and try?

yeah, tried it multiple times.

I see the motorola logo come up, then it goes to black.

In this screen with triangle pres both + and - volume buttons and you must go into stock recovery and make factory reset.In some Defys this not work.Them must taping on the bottom right corner on the screen while is in the triangle screen to go into stock recovery.
If you cant go into this screen(triangle) just press and hold both vol - (minus) and power.
