skype on ARM1176JZFS | iphone 3g

Can skype video work on ARM1176JZFS processor? (the same of iphone 3g)
It support floating point VFP but it have no NEON.

It works on S-less arc, so it should be working on the S version as well. Just don't forget to have a mirror by your side.

Installed your apk, the rear camera now works, but the image is green toned, i can distinguish forms but everything is green. Seems like a imagem effect. Any wrong setting i've set?

Try 'mono' color effect.
I know it's not a proper fix but it may help.

With v14_3 you can select custom sound -> silent!

No, my builds are for android 2.3+ and I don't know if your phone's CPU is compatible.

For people asking, I can't make it work on ARMv6.
NEON is not necessary anymore (I think), as Tegra 2 phones are working with video.

Seems this is a skype issue in ics. Hope they fix it, as other people are reporting the same in different phones.

Possible to fix the Caller ID bug?

Great mod, because it fixes the big problem with the original hard coded ringtone that was too silent to hear.

Is it possible to do anything about the caller ID bug too?

It's described at community.skype.com/t5/Android/Caller-id-lost-after-using-Android-skype/td-p/543873 (non clickable, because the forum doesn't allow new users to post clickable links).

I know this is a long shot, because that bug is probably buried deep inside the Skype code, but there's no harm in asking.

I'm running your mod on my ZeniThink c71 with Android 2.3.4. It works fine however it doesn't accept (like "vanilla" SkyPE) the global proxy setting for the network.

I tried to use iptables to set prerouting and force the connections through the proxy but even if my device is rooted it appears to be impossible to invoke iptables executable.

There is any way or setting to use the proxy?
