I was previously using a build from Xboarder which was pretty good but this has since been discontinued so im using Sergio Coredroid V1.3 now.

I also use HyperDroid GBX V6.0 by pongster. Its super fast and very reliable. I use it for daily use and have no issues whatsoever. Definitely my favorite. UD 3.0.1 is a good alternative too.

Both are great builds and in my opinion better than MDJs_CyanogenMod7_v.2.6_NAND_A2SD+CWM

if you want/need CyanogenMod7 features like theme support and DSP you currently have with MDJ's build then you want to dl

That said, if you can live without those features, then i would suggest hyperdroid GBX (the other link). Its built from AOSP source and is, in my experience much faster and more stable

Hello! Will someone be so kind and explain me what the difference between

?
And which one will be closer to (or better) than MDJs_CyanogenMod7_v.2.6_NAND_A2SD+CWM?

Best Gigerbread rom

MDJ 2.6 no more updates but everything works so no need. Pongster benchmarks faster but forums are full of issues daily AND after installing you have to edit the lcd density cuz icons are too small.

Having only recently switched from MDJs CyanogenMod7 v.2.6 NAND A2SD+CWM to Pongsters ROMs, my experiences may help.

I have tried / re-tried both of Pongsters ROMs that you quote above, and without doubt - BOTH are far better, faster & much more reliable than the old MDJ CyanogenMod7_v.2.6 ROM. This is no way a slant on MDJ - I loved his ROM's, but was fed up with the lack of support etc.

Pongster on the other hand is active, and the support here @ XDA is incredible for both of his ROM's. I guess HyperDroid-CM7-v1.0.4 is nearer to your old MDJ ROM as its also CM7, however, I favour HyperDroidGBX-v11. Its blindingly fast, very smooth & a joy to use. No crashes - very stable.

Without doubt the best I have tried. Hope this helps ;)

Do you guys experience data drops that dont reconnect? I'm using americandroid gb sd rom but the only problem it has it's that data doesnt reconnect. Ive been thinking to switching to a nand built but just want to make sure the data problem isn't a gb problem. Thanks

can anyone suggest fast and good 2.3.5 rom with sense3.5
tried a couple but they are too slow and occupy most of the ram :(
GB Sense ROMs are generally quite slow and eat RAM a lot. I personally don't find them suitable for daily use, but others do. I would recommend Typhoon CM7 or possibly ACA if you consider a CM7 ROM.
