I love the transparency of the bars in the launcher, but. It is possible in applications? I found a theme for WhatsApp + With this option help please

You can always use apps supporting the translucent bars or do it yourself through xposed + tinted statusbar.

It will only be like that for apps which support translucent decor otherwise there is nothing underneath the nav bar & status bar
