Bell Canada C6906 OTA for 290 this morning

I received OTA notification for this firmware while ago. I was hesitating to upgrade to 4.3 due to lots of reported bugs. Would this still be the same case since it had same build number?

290 is 290, doesn't matter if it's carrier branded. Carriers will only add their own apps/etc to the ROMs, they won't be adjusting system-level stuff - that's Sony's job.

The only major bug I've seen people complaining about is Bluetooth issues.
