[Q] flashable boot.img file Htc one x

Hi there,

Im new here. The USB connector on my HTC One X is broken. Charging works but no data. It's not a driver issue.
For now I want to update my ROM http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2632591 but I can't flash the boot.img by fastboot. Is there a flashable file for the One X? And where to find?

No on the hox you need to fastboot flash it from the pc. There is the kernel flasher from thunder07 that enables flashing without the pc but you still have the same problem that you need to flash his adapted kernel first.

Really? Is there no other way to flash the boot.img without fastboot?

Nope .... Only if you can get it s-off via a shop that offer the service. And even then you need a working usb port.

I never came across a shop on Holland that offered the service at all....
