You read it right! I am loading it up right now on my device.

http://download.cyanogenmod.com/?device=&type=nightly

Above is the repository link; AT&T Users will want to use the "d2att" builds... current at the time of this post is cm-9-20120711-NIGHTLY-d2att.zip

Just download, and flash via CWM.

EDIT: Almost forgot; CM9 does not come packaged with the latest Google Apps so you will need to download them separately from here http://goo.im/gapps/gapps-ics-20120429-signed.zip

The repository for these can be found at http://goo.im/gapps you can try any of the ones with "ICS" in the file name.

Downloading and gonna flash in a Bit - Bell Canada

Heres the fix... taken from user nory82688 in this post http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=28596664&postcount=11

"If anyone has issues flashing the rom , try this:

1. Extracted zip.
2. Went to ~\cm-9-20120711-NIGHTLY-d2att\META-INF\com\google\android
3. Opened updater-script with Notepad++*
4. Deleted the first line in the script & saved
5. zipped the files I previously extracted (this included the script you changed).
6. put zip in sdcard
7. reboot in recovery
8. factory wipe
9. flash"

*note: you could use regular Notepad as well for this or any text editor for that matter.

What is the exact text that needs to be removed? "assert(getprop("ro.product.device") == "d2att" || getprop" or "assert(getprop("ro.product.device") == "d2att" || getprop("ro.build.product") == "d2att");" I assume the latter.

That's what I deleted, and I still got installation aborted.
