how I can Unlock L9 Bootloader ,root and instol rom android 4.3 in my phon
my phon is LG L9 P768
OS android 4.1.2
kernel 3.0.31
build number : JZO54K
SOFTWARE : P7680b-AME-XX
I tried all the roads at the site and was not successful and comes is a security error

You can use lg update tool, You can recover your phone via this tool,

But I've got the program and tried it but I'm Want Download Install A Custom rom android 4.3 or 4.2, but do not know Download in my phone

Are you trying to flash a custom rom after installing the L9Recovery.apk? The apk installs a 2nd init version of CWM. You can't flash custom roms with this type of recovery. Not much more advice to give with unlocking the bootloader....just keep trying. I gave up, to be honest.
