[SKIN] Crewski Skins (updated 5/5)

I'm completely new to theming....but here is a collection of my themes. I plan to continue making them as I keep learning. Feel free to make suggestions, point out mistakes, or let me know of a theme idea you have (just don't get pissed if I don't end up doing it). I want to give credit to the VTS them for their awesome program....without it I would have nothing.

Install at your own risk, I am not responsible.

Try it out and let me know what you think.

Installation:
1. Download and install apk
2. Go to settings > personalize > skin
3. Thumb over to Orange Crewski and hit apply
4. Enjoy

*note - to get the colors in the messaging app, choose the top left (default) color in the settings even though its not the color from the theme

I'll upload the wallpaper in the OP. The orange and white bubbles should be part of the theme....maybe just go back to default for the colors? I am running ViperDNA (phenomenal ROM by the way) but I don't think it should matter. EDIT: Yep, I just checked. In the messaging app go to colors and select the top left one....its green and greyish. That should be the orange and white.

how are you able to de-compile htc skins such as matte.apk or fusion.apk? i get errors with VTS

I just followed the guide found here.

Make sure to select Use M10 tool... and the select sense 4.5 from the dropdown. Also make sure you are using a deodexed fusion.apk.

Before you try to build you project, you need to go to matte>res>values>arrays.xml and delete The word reference (I think that is what it was) from lines 18 and 20. It should look like this:

18 <array name="carousel_colors">
19 <item>@color/overlay_color</item>
20 </array>
21 <array name="skinProgressBarArray">

EDIT: This isn't necessary anymore since the last update or two of VTS

I'll give you guys what I have so far. I didn't make very much progress though. I noticed that some skins had a lot more files in them than the stock ones, which is what I was using as my base. I didn't want to just use another base, so I spend some time trying to figure out how to add images....which ended up being trickier than I thought. I'll update the OP with the new download. Still plan on getting a license to get rid of the watermarks sometime in the near future.

Things that were changed in this version are a little more orange (such as when pressing the app drawer button), widgets (I think I plan to take the orange all the way to the edge instead of the black border, makes it look weird on the agenda widget IMO), calendar icon on calendar widget.

I donated to VTS today, so once I get my license key I'll update the OP without the watermarks. I also did a bunch of gradients from orange to black...it may be a little too much though.

Updated OP to Version 3. Let me know if you like the changes that were made or not.

Version 3
-No more watermarks
-Gradient Orange/Black on clock, widgets, and dock
-Orange list background (might remove)
-New wallpaper (just a little different color to match)
-Changed images/settings to mostly be based off color #ff8000

Nice work! Over at team 420 they have the best skins a good orange one too..dialers and widgets can be changed..check them out . Again nice work!

I like the clock & the background list is a nice change from the white..I'd like to see a light blue version..I couldn't do any of this so much respect

think you could change the orange color to #F27D00 or 242,125,0. That is the only true color of orange you need (UT ORANGE)

Really liking the orange menu backgrounds and in messaging. Could you add some color to the notification shade? Maybe the pull down handle.

I might look into different colors down the road, but no immediate plans. When I do....I'll get your light blue for you.
