What is the latest update for droid razr

Hi everyboy .. i am new in this forum ... i have a motorola droid razr and the latest update that i have recevied officially it was ICS .. and from that time tell now there are no any other OTA updates .. So Now I want to upgrade my android version manually .. so can you guide me to the latest official update thats available for my phone including all the steps because i have no idea about how to do this ...

Download fastboot file for your country

Install drivers,install RSD Lite

Start RSD Lite,click on 3 dots next to empty bar,find JB Fastboot file that you downloaded,click open and then "decompress only"

When program finish that,shut the phone off,press vol- vol+ and power button,scroll down with vol- button,choose AP Fastboot with vol+ button,connect the phone with usb cable to the computer,wait a program to recognize the phone and then press start in RSD Lite.
