Ive activated several phones before and never had issues. Well I'm trying to use an S5 my friend has given me and everytime I've tried to activate it, it says serial number not in there records or invalid. Ive tried using every possible number in the about phone settings and under the battery. Ive checked and the esn is good but still no luck activating this device. Yes I am paid up on my bill too. Anyone got ideas or solutions?
