Thats strange, i also have 7300 and it worked for me. You did wipe data, cache and dalvik cache? Are you restoring anything (apps, data) after install?
I'd try it on my 7300, the auto brightness and see what happens, but I'm afraid to. Don't want to get into a boot loop and have to re-install something.
yes, i did wipe data, cache and dalvi cache and i dont restore anything at all!
i also tried to restore everyting to stock and then to aokp rom.
i even tried to wipe everything that was possible in CWM.
strange!

i did a nandroid backup right after i installed the rom, and to get out of the bootloop i had to restore data, not restore everything, just data. if it helps?!
but after turning on auto brightness i get back to the bootloop

I have got some problems to restore apps with Titanium Backup. System data is restored without problems but apps hangs in the middle. I do not know if this is a TB or ROM issue or if it is only on mine tablet. Otherwice great!

My Files is a samsung app. Get ES File Explorer for example and you will be able to browse your system
Thank you, but it says installed and is not in downloaded folder(file explorer.apk). I've tried a few programs from market, reflash with full wipe. I put another ICS rom and i have the same problem. I can't explore my sd card. Please someone could help me? Maybe i do something wrong.i think there's a problem with the rom. nobody can help me? can't install any apk from market. can't see may card.

I had the previous version of this ROM, and I gotta say, it was excellent!.
However, since upgrading to the current version, I'm getting MAJOR battery drain. On the previous version, I wouldn't touch my Tab for 2 days, and i would lose about 5-10% charge.
On this version, after the same amount of time, the Tab is absolutely dead. I've done a full wipe (cache, dalvik, etc.), but nothing has solved it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

SDCard ? are u talking about the system ? or about a real sdcard connected through samsung connector ?
I tried. It says: this app will be downloaded to your device shortly. Then it says installed but is not.

Make sure to wipe coming from any build or milestone or other ROM. This is a new version of Android and you can NOT dirty flash this. Wipe wipe wipe wipe wipe.

Installation:
*** You should be able to flash over previous builds, we have tested, if you have issues after, please try a wipe/re-flash ***
- In CWM recovery, clear your data/factory reset
- Clear the dalvik cache (under advanced, or under the wipe menu in overcome cwm)
- Flash the provided zip using CWM recovery
- Flash gapps from CWM recovery
- Bootup and setup your Google account
- OC if you want with ROMControl and set to interactive governor!
- Give it a chance, this is a deodexed ROM and will boot slow the first time and when you use apps the first time.

i'm pretty sure most of the devs have a real life, job & better things to do than build roms for each release...
be patient. its free! if you don't like it figure out how to build and compile the rom yourself.
sorry if i sound kinda mean but people complaining about devs not releasing stuff, when the devs do it in their own time and for free kinda pisses me off...4
We've been working on the camera for all gtab 8.9s (we would immediately share with all rom builders), but its not as easy as snapping your fingers. I personally have spent 12+ hours attempting to adapt the ICS wrapper (which has little to no documentation and isn't even for our SOC).
Blame samsung for their lack of expediency in releasing the source code or a rom. Once that happens (or a miracle of programming genius) we will add the camera support post haste.
For the record we will continue to develop this and the AOSP rom (and perhaps another), we have the experience to bring you quality. We hope you continue to appreciate our effort's, my build env is fixed so updates will come faster.
