2. Extract the Stock ROM folder and replace recovery.img with TWRP recovery.
3. Extract and open the SP Flash Tools.
4. In SP Flash Tools, click on Scatter-Loading and the program will ask you the location of the scatter loading file for your device.

Check only recovery.img, preloader and uncheck all others.

9. Connect your phone now. The Flash Tool will start the flashing process, the progress of which can be viewed from a yellow progress bar at the bottom of the flash tool.
**Don't interrupt this process as it can potentially brick your device.
**Make sure no power interruption takes place. (Use a laptop to ensure this).
10. After the process completes, a green ring will appear on your device signalling that the process was successful.
11.Disconnect your phone.

After installing TWRP recovery successfully........it doesnt happen automatically when i reboot the phone as below.
Then i tried to install the SuperSU and BIN files thru Recovery, and SuperSu can be found in the App drawer. but the Phone is not rooted when i check thru rootchecker. and even Titanium backup or any other app cant work which require root access.

Pls tell me, how to successfully ROOT the phone. Even SuperSU installed, it cant update the binary.

Sorry to quote full.
I tried also the CWM procedure... and flashed both the SU and BIn files. and after reboot, its there in the app drawer. And when i open the SU, and try to update binary also, it fails.
Also, root checker says, Not root access.

@kumar abhishek
how were you able to keep the size of this twrp recovery to just within 6mb?.
from what i have checked on the porting tool of yuweng, twrp 2.5.0.0 requires the recovery partition to be adjusted to 7mb?
i am trying to port twrp for the a919i which is similar to the a116 hd.
