[Q]help! a little guide for me: root and mod sony xperia z2

hi my name is flavia from Italy. I have my sony xperiaz z2 from 2 days. I am very happy about it, but there is only a thing that is really bad: notifications sound!!!
I have read in the forum that there is a guide to change this thing:
1. I need to have root permission http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2787168
2. i have to install this http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2758189

but i don't understand how i can understand if my bootloader is locked and it is necessary to unloock it.
please help me!!!:fingers-crossed:

Actually you don't need to unlock the bootloader anymore. Search for something called TowelRoot (and if this doesn't work, there is a root for Xperia Z2 with locked bootloaders by, I believe, Doomlord).

Thank you for the answer!!!:good: i have read on the forum that towelroot works on my device! It is really simple!
