[THEME] Holo 'L' v0.2 [16 Jul 14]

Holo 'L' aims to bring elements from the Android L preview in a color we are familiar with - Holo Blue.

I've added some of my own elements (e.g. radio button-inspired toggles).

  • Radio buttons
  • Checkboxes
  • Switches/ Toggles
  • Scrubbers
  • Softkeys
  • Text selection handles
  • Dialer
  • Navbar glow
  • Kii keyboard

Todo:
  • Progress spinner
  • Quick Settings (suggestions welcome!)
  • Status bar icons

v0.2.1 experimental:

- added progress spinner (For CM11 only)

Some ROMs seem to have issues theming progress spinner, so far CM11 works fine.

Dialer menu is blacked out. Meaning if you go to dialer...then click the bottom right menu. It's all black.
