OP. I have the same question too. I have been trying to figure out a way to connect to USB DAC(like Fiio E7) to my galaxy s & S2. Can we expect this from you ?
You will need to modify the kernel to include the usb host functionality. (HD2 uses the same chip as the N1, and Desire) After that it should work.
I don't have an usb dac card, so I can't really comment or test this. Here is apage for Nexus One users how they can use an external audio card: http://sven.killig.de/android/N1/2.2/usb_host/ It is a very-very basic support though.
I have Galaxy Note and OTG cable. Using cable I can see contents of pen drives etc. I've external hard disk (1 terra byte cap.), but it is not detected (have fat32 partition).
Whether this programme is useful for me?

i think we have to ask Tytung (The Kernel Developer for HD2), maybe he can make a patch....
What info/files you need, so that you can add support to other devices?
