Factory Reset Recovery

Due to wifi issues, I was believed to have a malfunctioning device. Was advised to factory reset.

Please, it would really be helpful to find some manner in which to recover the lost pictures that were never recovered.

Any help would help.

If the pictures were in your internal memory, km afraid they are forever gone unless you happened to have turned on a automatic cloud storage for them. For example, Google +, Dropbox, etc. They all have options to automatically upload your pics via wifi or mobile data. Did you do this? If not, then yeah, pics are probably good as gone. That's why it's good to back them up over cloud. Hindsight of course.
