Strange error Message

Thanks for the one stop Hero Update, I keep getting a error message of E:Can't chown/mo /system/xbin (no such file or directory)

---Then----

E:Failure at line 12:
set-perm-recursive 0 2000 0755 0 6755 SYSTEM:xbin

then it aborts so not sure what I am doing wrong

Guess I need apps 2 sd need a faster micro sd card to test this out ... wonders what I'm missing ... Thanks haykuro for the new rom will have to play with it later

loop of HTC screen

Hi,

I renamed the ROM to unzip.zip and sent to SD card. Did the update but now I have the loop by the HTC screen. What to do? Where can I find a special guide? Maybe this guide http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=3874647&postcount=406
