Hi, I too had the same problem, but tried the below steps to bring it online,
1. Full Wipe (Factory reset, System)
2. Flash Boot image, ZIP file in recovery (TWRP in my case)
3. Wipe Cache, Dalvik Cache
4. Reboot (automatically boots into recovery
5. Tried doing factory reset, but didn't work. Again reboots into recovery
6. Reflashed ZIP file and immediately wiped cache and dalvik,
7. Reboot... Succeed this time.

1 flash boot.img in fastboot mode, is not in recovery (S-ON) (do command "fastboot flash boot boot.img")
2 erase cache (do command "fastboot erse cache")
3. Boot in custom recovery
4. Wipe
5. Flash rom.zip in custom recovery mode
If it boots into recovery
6 in custom recovery flash rom.zip again, do not wipe

I do not get that error on my device
if not you can flash SuperSu again in recovey mode

in custom recovery you can wipe all (4 Steps wipe, not format)
Would love to try this on the x920e. Actually it works fine but wifi doesn't work (after flashing boot.img and kernel modules from x920e)

was made on 29 october 2012 .. these locksreen style were never made before.. , only "Memnoc" did the bottom right style and center up style " FIRST on sensation .. no one before him and me puted stuff's like that on XDA ...

sorry for the noob question. You mean I have to Wipe everything first before flashing the rom in recovery? Just asking coz the guide I read before was flash rom then wipe. Is there a difference?
yes...It needs to be wiped "before" you flash.
just think about how can you write something in and then wipe? Doesn't make any sense at all. Right?
Like if you want your kids to write down the homework you want them to do, after they do then you want them to erase all the work? Unless you want to punish them intentionally..

Just remember, when you want to do anything especially flash rom or big size patch..kernel..etc. ALWAYS do wipe like below
ROM: FULL wipe or so called superwipe(like Mike's superwipe)
kernel:
if s-off , wipe cache/dalvik cache before flash kernel
s-on: under bootloader fastboot:
Fastbook erase cache
theme : cache and dalvik cache
Is there any nice way I can run the normal facebook app? Want to uninstall Black Facebook but can't find a way to do this...
EDIT: Not sure I like the messages app either. Would be nice if you retained these default apps and added the customised ones for people who want to use those instead.

Tried this it didn't work. When installing from Play Store it downloads and during install it fails with "Incompatible Version".
why did not work?
you should mount the r/w first and deleted that. and then download /install from playstore, works 100% fro me
again, you need to manually delete the bfacebook.apk from "system/app" and then reboot then install from playstore
now I am repacking the rom and remove the fb so you guys won't have problem to install

28Following is the way you flash rom:
Download the fastboot tool here
download the rom here
extract the boot image out from the rom
put the rom under ext SD (better than internal )
I highly recommend using the cwm touch OTG 6027 recovery that I put in the fastboot tool pack
get your phone boot into bootloader
under boot loader get into fastboot mode
from the fastboot tool folder, start here.bat type (no dash line)
--------------------------------------------------
fastboot erase cache
fastboot flash boot boot.img
---------------------------------------------------
after that, unplug your usb cable,
get into recovery(hit the hboot, and then choose recovery)
1. wipe data factory reset
2.wipe cache
3. under first page "advance", then wipe dalvik cache
back to main menu, install zip from sd card then choose zip from external sd card,
then flash rom..
That's it
