[Q] Flash nighlies without wipe data?

I'm running Albino's CM11 build from 03/04 and I was wondering:
Can I flash nightly without wipe data (Maybe cache and Dalvik)
Can I jump updates and Go directly to today's one or need to flash one by one?

If you are updating from the same rom base then yes you can just wipe cache and dalvik, however issues that are reported will not be observed because you did not do the full wipe data. It is always recommended (but not mandatory) to wipe /data
