I'm using Go Launcher over CM nighlty. Since I don't use Trebuchet launcher can I freeze the app with Titanium Backup? To free up some RAM. Has anyone tried that?

Hi Guys,

I don't know if this is a CM9 issue or an Android one. I have searched the forum, but nothing that describes my issue.

I recently set up a corporate Exchange account that uses a client cert. The cert successfully imported and I was able to set it for the account. The initial sync worked fine, however after some time I started seeing a "Certificate is invalid or inaccessible" error in the mail app and no syncing. I also get this if I go to accounts and sync and try and view the setting for the account. Even though it was fine initially.

Removing and reading the account made it work again, however after some time the error above reappeared. I have done this a few times trying slightly different account settings but no joy.

If someone can provide me the command to the logcat to just see this error and related logs, I'll run it and post the logcat.

Any help also will be appreciated.

Hi, I'm experimenting this issue to, I believe is a CM9 problem because in my motorola xoom have the same issue with CM9, I have TeamEOS ROM installed on my xoom and email app works perfectly with certificate files.

I'm searching for this issue around the web without success, if you find the solution to this problem please post it because is very annoying

When you have a freeze, that the only way out is pressing the power button for some seconds to shut down the phone, is there any log we can take to see what produced it? It happened two times in the last days and I'm wondering if I can track it with some log file or it would be impossible to.

I do not use Trebuchet too and use Apex. But I do not freeze Trebuchet. What I do is I delete Trebuchet.apk inside the update folder /system/app. Then I copy the ApexLauncher.apk in there. Apply the nightly update and voila! No freezing and it works without issues. ;)

Guys I had a question... in the settings / data usage... you can set limits... but I think those are monthly limits... is it possible to set a daily limit by any chance...??

Also I'm thinking the gps still hasn't been fixed... it always shows me way off... :-|

Not possible to set daily limit. GPS is working decent here. It might take long time first time after a flash. I will also recommend the free app GPS Status. Use the Tools- Manage A-GPS state and reset and download assistance data.

    CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 4.0 (ICS), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

    Code:
    #include
    /*
     * Your warranty is now void.
     *
     * I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
     * thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
     * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
     * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
     * you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.

     * cause of male impotence.
     */

    CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

    All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to CyanogenMod, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.

    It's done when it's done. Don't expect a release withing the next days. If it takes weeks, then it takes weeks.

    I'll focus on I9100 development because it's the device with the most users.
    It will take us a lot of time to integrate all patches/hacks needed for samsung devices.

    Don't bug us or ask for etas, just be patient and let us work.
