for the apk you just provided, can i flash this on another ROM besides the one being discused on this thread?

I'm running on Jedi's latest ROM but want to be able to use Center Clock

I notice that the option to activate WiFi calling is missing from this... how do i add it?

You don't. This is a stock ROM based off the international Note 2 so you get no WiFi calling and no way to add it.

Thanks for letting me know. Not sure how I missed it.

Where is the tmo stock rooted ROM? Searching via this app is not as effective as I'd like it to be.
