I have a litlle question 
For flash twrp recovery with adb.. the phone needs to run a KK rom.
Here's the question: the installation works with all KK roms (like B512, B510), or must be on a chinese KK version?
I'm a bit confused, because somewhere i've read that only with chinese firmware it's possible to flash custom recovery

Hello!
You can install/flash TWRP on any Huawei Firmware KitKat.
We used Chinese Firmware for unlock bootloader... but you should check your bootloader to be unlocked before flash twrp.
If is already unlocked you don't need to flash any Chinese Firmware.
Also you can found on General section how you can unlock bootloader without flash Chinese Firmware.

ok, this is for people like me, if you are on windows, dont write sudo (its only for linux), and copy the recovery file to c:\
also, write cd.. and press entre as long as you get to c:\ on the cdm, then write the flashing sentence and you will be ready....

I have recently got an Ascend P6 and I have upgraded it from B108 all the way to B635 (is is a Turkish release, but it works fine in Germany).
I want to replace the stock bootloader with TWRP, but after installing all the drivers (I tried both the Hisuite program and the separate drivers) I can issue the "adb reboot bootloader" command, but then I cannot run any fastboot command (e.g. fastboot flash image or fastboot oem-unlock). When I do, it says "waiting for device".
I tried in both a Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 machine with the same results.
Is there something I am missing or is this because of my phone (when I was doing the updates using the "update.app" method I could see the text "this is a secureboot phone" and "is in LOCK state")

@atzakas: yes..you need to unlock your bootloader first before you can replace the recovery..
when you have entered the bootloader you have to enter "fastboot unlock oem UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU" (or oem unlock - not sure what at first)..
then maybe you should be able to flash a custom recovery..

serious problem
i just installed twrp 2.8.1.0 with the zip method over twrp 2.6 . after loading it, the screen locks and pressing buttons is not possible (swipe to unlock does nothing...it seems to hang) . what do i have to do now?

Hello !
Slow development on our device, but what is essential that is not stopped ...
While I managed to solve all issues related to build TWRP from source ( now resulting recovery.img from build can be flashed without any modificattion ) , I'll start to push my source code to omnirom github - in this way TWRP will be officially and it could be installed directly from GooManager !
So, this point was achieved !
If you wonder how it was possible
> first , to use all features of this TWRP, we will need to perform a few small changes :
1° 100% compatibility with custom rom based AOSP , unsure whether they will be ( CM, AOKP, Carbon, Pac-MAN, OmniROM & .... )
2° on custom rom based stock Huawei Firmware, Internal Storage will not be available ( other functions will be not affected ) - so rom developers need to make some changes on ramdisk from their boot.img - in order to bring full access to Internal Storage on TWRP !
If I'll have some free time, tomorrow I'll start to push source code also on omnirom github !
For moment only TWRP will be officially, following later to do the same thing with OmniROM !
