Yandex already localized Yandex.Shell to English and other languages. You DON'T NEED to download my manual translated version anymore.

Just go to Google Play Store link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.yandex.shell to install the official localized Yandex.Shell version.

Yandex.Shell ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.yandex.shell ) is an intuitive interface that makes using Android devices a breeze. It only takes a second to customise the various screens, while the interface automatically sorts your apps and widgets. Simply use the 3D carousel to switch between screens.
You can place all your most frequently used widgets on the same screen to keep up-to-date with all the latest local news, weather and traffic. The built-in app search tool will help you easily find an app on your phone or online.

The problem is it's in Russian and not available in English. So I download Yandex.Shell from Yandex.Store and follow lhurtado's guide http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=38629332&postcount=19 to auto-translate 99.9% of Yandex.Shell into English.

SPB Shell 3D is compatible with my Galaxy S 2.3.6. When I try to install this I get an "analyzing pack error". Are we sure that the file is signed properly or that has not different requirements from SPB Shell 3D???

He translated the Android 4.0 > version.

You need GB version. Download the latest one from market ( using a gb phone ) and translate it manually.

Didn't know about this, it's awesome!

Had a weird flicker bug when the status bar was pulled down on nexus4 4.2.2, but disabled system method wallpaper and now it's fine... Though it might of been the restart shell that occurred that fixed it.

OThis is surprisingly fast. The old Yandex Shell was a SPB ripoff, but this is awesome. I haven't produced any lag, even with all the fancy 3D stuff. It feels like an OEM setup. The features are actually usable, even with a bunch of screens. This Yandex guy/team should translate or have someone translate and get the weather and other widgets to work outside Russia. This mops the floor with those ridiculously priced 3D launchers available and is updated more. We should reach out to the dev. With that skillset and the fact that someone has done this for FREE, adding support for other countries languages couldn't be too much of a challenge. This would sell for 5 bucks all day long if it was available in English-speaking countrie

edit- just searched and realized its a big Russian web company; doubt they would have an interest in translating

OP, maybe changing the title from yandex. to yandex will help it show up on searches, I'm sure this thread will be very popular once word gets out more.

Can't understand why anyone would want nova/apex after seeing this.

What is the trick? How to pack the apk? I get many errors to apktools b yandrex215 ..... I cant recompile the apk after decompile. I'd like to create Hungarian translation.
I found the How to, but I want to translate all.

@ khanhlnq .....I tried the previous translated version (2.15) but the only complaint i have is that the weather panel & widget show the name of the city & other details in Russian ...!!! Any solution to this ???

I haven't got a solution for now. Because weather data is returned by Yandex Weather Server.

I was excited to try this and compare to SPB Shell already running on my tablet. However, was disappointed to find out it has no landscape mode/auto rotation. Is this true or am I just missing that switch somewhere? Would be cool to combine SPB with some of the newer features found in Yandex.

I was trying to use xposed to do that, but didn't have enough time to finish it.

Version 1.x support tablet, you can email support@mobshell.yandex.ru to ask for it.
