I'm stuck... after flashing the ROM, when i enter the bootloader and tried to flash the kernel, it says device not found.
Its happening again and again.. i dont get it... ADB recognized my device earlier then is'nt it recognizing it after entering the bootloader.
I'v just flashed a ROM and it stucks at the start screen.. so i cant see the USB Debugging, i cant put another ROM into my phone.... what should i do now???

Can you get into fastboot? If your stuck you could lock the bootloader and flash factory RUU. Obviously you'd need to start over.

I'v read the instruction a thousand times... its happening everytime with me.
Maybe i'm doing something wrong.. please correct... te instruction says:
Wipe cache/data, install rom.zip, Reboot, boot into bootloader then flash kernel.
Now after i installing the rom when i reboot, the phone gets stuck in the boot animation because of the kernel. Now when i try to boot into bootloader it AIO toolkit works, but then when i flash the kernel it says device not found.
Please tell me what did was wrong...

HTC Sync Manager Installed. Latest drivers Installed.
I first thought its happeing because of windows 8, then i tried on Win7.. its happening again.

Did you do factory reset+wipe system?Not only cache and dalvik

Ya... i tried doing that... did'nt work.
Can anyone just tell me how do i insert a file into my phone's storage ?

You must have working ADB in your pc.Put your phone in recovery (cwm?) plug it in your pc, put the file you want in PCs folder where adb.exe is and from command prompt execute
1.cd c:\"folder where adb is with the file you want"
2.adb devices (you must have as an output in command prompt a serial number)
3. adb push C:\"path of your file"\"exact name of the file including the type of file (eg zip or img)" /sdcard/ "exact name of the file including the type of file (eg zip or img)"

You need to install twrp with this and then you can use sideload to push files on your phone. Sideload has to be chosen from advanced menu in twrp. But I think you find the information in the respective topics. You can also use the tool to install kernel.

So it was the problem with win8, even with sync manager installed.... i am so disappoined with HTC, its been 4 months since win8 came.. n still no support.
EDIT: Now a new problem... all my files are gone... when i connect it to pc SD Card properties says "used space unknown", "free space unknown

First time installing CyanogenMod 10.1 to your ONE X+, or coming from another ROM:
- Read known issues ans FAQs
- Make sure you're running a proper working ClockworkMod-Recovery
- Copy GApps and CM10.1 ZIPs to your SDCard
- Boot into HBOOT (hold Volume Down at boot)
- Flash the boot.img
- Fastboot flash boot boot.img
- Reboot into recovery via the bootloader menu
- Flash CM10.1 zip from SDCard
- Flash GApps zip from SDCard
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET (otherwise your device will be stuck at boot)
- Reboot
- Don't restore system data using Titanium Backup!
- Restoring Apps + Data might cause problems and is not recommended, avoid it if possible!
Upgrading from earlier version of CyanogenMod 10.1:
- Copy CM10.1 ZIP to your SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
