Hmm that's weird, it works great on AOKP b27 for nexus s. I didn't think anything was different between the different phone builds besides proprietary files. I'm sorry about ur luck. Have you tried a fresh install? Kinda dumb to redo everything for just a launcher.

stock-launcher for ICS rom, but there is no ICS-launcher for stock rom, damn it! I'm gonna make it.

Works great on CM9 Build 16, but in my opinion stock Trebuchet is better.

I'm running this TW4 on 4.04 (Elite's Nexus S port) and it works great. I'm not sure if it was from this or the rom, but I have the samsung calculator (which I like a lot) working on it.
