Been using it since yesterday and so far so good, battery life is good too. My problem now is I can't have google maps, when i try to look for google maps in android Play, its not available in my country philippines. I don't know why! But REMICS was really smooth so far, am very impress!

I dont think that gapps contains maps, you might need to use modded market to which will shows all apps irrespective to your countries.

Can someone let me know the details procedure to flash this ROM.
I am using gingerbread version of MIUI, so how can I flash this ROM.
I mean do I need to stert like this XXKPE --> XXKPU -->CFroot --> ROM
OR I can directly flash this ROM via recovery in my current ROM ?

No worries mate, its all about getting each others.
U can flash this ROM on your current ROM in recovery.. Do wipe cache n dalvik cache after installation..

Problem with the non-vibrate in silent mode..
the phone will not vibrate when i silent mode..
i had check the vibrate and ring..
but everytime i go back to home page..
the system will auto untick the virate and ring...
wad can i do in order to solve this prob..?

Keeping the screen on is insane and would eat your whole battery in hours
By the way, there's a discussion thread in the General section for questions like yours, it would be better if you posted there..
Huh? You need to get CWM to flash this so anyone who did is probably rooted.. (This is a development section, so if you don't know something, learna and then try to help
)

I am getting errors when decompling the apk as well as building it back.

Rocky, the i9000 ROM got updated with some tweaks, Hopefully you can port the new changes they did?

Attention!Always do a clockwork recovery / Nandroid backup before you flash any developer creation
KNOWN ISSUES!
- Video recording
- HW Acceleration in video (use 3rd party players with SW rendering)
- Native WiFi Tethering. Use third party apps
Instructions - YOU MUST READ THIS!Step by step- 1. Do Nandroid backup
- 2. Do a factory reset/data wipe (of course you can try to install the ROM over other ICS roms)
- 4. Install the ROM
- 5. Reboot (automatically)
- 6. Wait till full boot of your phone
Note: Do not Format Data after the installation of ROM. Just wipe cache and dalvik cache!!
