[Q] Cant change cell id

ok so i changed the cell id to google play edition so i can flash the ruu . now im going back to the Att Ruu and i wanna change the cell id back it wont let mke . what do i do.

Based on your screenshots looks to me like your inputing the wrong cid should be fastboot oem writecid CWS__001, not fastboot oem writecid CWS_001
