I have a similar class 10 and it does the job fine. Haven't seen any problems, although I haven't shot much video.

When I was shopping around, I couldn't find anything below class 10 that was a worthwhile cost saving without going for a unbranded card that I wouldn't risk buying.

I picked up a 32gb but that's because my aim is to save a lot of music on it, not the much more storage-greedy 4k videos. I'd say you'll be just fine.

TBH I kinda want to pick up a 128 because why not.

I am using a Class 10 32GB that I no longer use with my GoPro, I used 16GB for years and never had an issue.

LOL oh man. I wonder how many people (like me) didn't click on the link itself and just saw "64gb card" and assumed the OP knew to get a micro.

Um. that's an SD card. It won't fit on your phone.

you need MicroSD.

I have a 128GB one from Sandisk that works very well on the G3.

ha! thanks for pointing that out. I knew I would **** it up without asking. Thanks for the save. With that being said - good feedback in general and looking at some micros.

I will probably get 128gb. Just need to find a good one.

For 128GB, there is only one in the market. The Sandisk one. It's only $120 at Amazon now.

Oh and don't get swindled by the 'fake' $30 128GB card on Amazon. Read the reviews lol

I picked up a 64GB Samsung Pro for my G3, seems to be working fine, though I haven't tried any videos on it yet (just music). $41 with S&H.

Sandisk Class 10 64gb Micro SD cards are currently on sale for $36.99 on amazon. I was thinking about getting one of those.

Where did you get a Samsung Evo Pro 64gb for $41? Amazon has it for 83$.... Do you have a link?

I got the samsung pro 32 gb micro sd from amazon.

Very happy with it, I even got a feeling that it saves camera pics faster than saving it to the phone itself :p

I have a 32 Sandisk ultra and a 32gb transcend card (it's faster than the sandisk) however I feel like they write slow when I take pictures so I wanted a faster card. How fast is the who or evo pro when you take a picture? Is there any delay?

So basically if I take this SanDisk Ultra that I gave link, it will be fine for recording 4k videos on our G3?
Yes it works without any problem...
And i own it and currently i am using it on my g3... i payed it like 28$ on sale for the 64GB version.
Obviusly is not the fastest card on the market, but it can handle 4K video recording without any problem...
I've noticed a slight slowdown on the first seconds of some heavy 1080p films on my card, but it only happens while downloading something else...
    So, go for it!

    A "Thanks" is highly appreciated.
