I`am sure the S5 launcher will be ported as a mod or in a rom or released as a theme in a custom launcher like Nova or similar.

I think it will, the Note 4 will be released in about 6 months so thats still a long time.
BTW here is the S5 TW launcher http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2703680. You need root for this.
Unfortunately I do not have root, and do not want to modify anything, so unless I sell is Note 3. because I should never see the aktualizcji with the new TW UX 2014 for fast
