For adding QuickSettings Tiles in stock ROM,you've to have GravityBox[KK].
Its pretty easy if you're rooted.
  1. Download and install Xposed framework.
  2. Launch the Xposed Installer, go to the "Framework" section and click on "Install/Update"
  3. Reboot
  4. Open Xposed from launcher.
  5. Go to "Download" section, and search for 'GravityBox [KK]'. Download and install it.
  6. After installing go to "Modules" section and activate 'GravityBox [KK]'.
  7. Do a soft reboot from "Framework"
  8. Open GravityBox app from launcher or from xposed.
  9. Navigate to QuickSettings Management>Statusbar QuickSettings Tiles and choose your options and you're done!
