Samsung Galaxy Mini Odin 4.38 ??

I have downloaded the firmware file for the galaxy mini and also Odin 4.38 but there is no ops file I don't know where to find one can anyone please help at all, thank you...

if you have download from samfirmware, you will get the .ops file inside the zip.

the ops file is "tass.ops"

I have unpacked the rar file and have run odin and clicked the ops button but it doesn't find that file, the ones in the firmware are a apboot file, code file, csc file and modem file, any ideas...
