Speaker turns on by itself on calls

Anybody experiencing this? the speaker turns on by itself when I make calls...

Yes, I have this same issue! I have kitkat stock, never rooted or anything and it annoys me so much, anyone have a fix for this?

found a fix from another forum.

SETTINGS => MANAGE APPS => CHROME => UNINSTALL UPDATES => DONE

I had the same issue. I did a G-Sensor calibration and haven't notice the speaker turn on when making a call anymore. You may want to give it a try.

What do Chrome updates have to do with the phone app ?

latest chrome update cause speaker to turn on on first call. if you open the browser then go to make a call. speaker will be turned on automatically.

Shouldn't u just close it from the task manager?
