After Installing custom ROM my HTC One X is freeze at Welcome Screen. Touch Screen is not working. Only volume key and power button are working. Any Solution?

Downgrade touchscreen firmware. There's a sticky in the original android development section.

Thank you very much. I downgraded the touchscreen and now it is working perfectly. I have installed Xplod rom.

I had the exact same problem but I know you're solution. It's a touchscreen firmware problem which needs to be downgraded IOT let CM work correctly.

You can't just provide no details and say you have the exact same problem, you most likely don't. Please provide all of your current device details (bootloader, recovery, ROM, etc) and your current situation and we can go from there.
