[Q] Can't change my ROM

Hey guys, I'm new to this posting- so I apologise if this isn't in the right place!

I'm currently running the ONEDROID ROM with Kit Kat 4.4.2 on my HTC ONE but would like to change to a Paranoid Android Rom.

Everytime I attempt to flash it, it fails. I've tried it a number of times, but with no luck!

I also tried to flash the OMNIROM, but it was the same issue.

What do I need to do in order to flash these roms and how can I prevent this issue from happening again?

FlashinG

First See That U Mount Everything Nd Then Flashing
2nd -See That Ur Phone Is Well Rooted
3-Check That Files U Downloaded Is Perfect Not Damaged.
4-U Are Not Following Right Steps To Install
If All Are Perfect Nd Then Also Not InstallinG Odin Stock Rom Nd Then try Again.........

I've tried all of those steps but the result was as it is... :/

As for the stock image- I'll give that a try as a last resort!
