I assume due to the size of the rom it has gapps included or did you have to flash gapps?

I like that you included Titanium Backup and NSTools. Also I like that it is plain Jane Android boot animation. (The Galaxy Nexus one that everyone is including looks like garbage in my opinion.)

Booted and running smooth. The only thing I see not working so far is mms is not downloading, and video playback is choppy. Great job op.
I'd suggest wiping all partitions (obviously except wimax, sdcard). And flashing fresh. It boots for me no problem.
Try this:
In recovery, goto Mounts and Storage
Wipe /system/data/boot/cache
Flash ROM
Fix Permissions
Power off phone and take out battery for 5 mins
Boot up

all i can say is awesome running smooth only thing i thought weird is when it booted it said it had to make a call to activate your phone i was like alrighty then everything is working fine like Tiffany posted..excellent job aosp
Is there anyway someone who has this up and running can upload and post a mirror? Please. Cause I think I need to re-download but the link in the op is super slow. Thanks. For the people who can't get it to boot you might wanna make sure your file size matches what the mirror says cause my download completed but it's only 190mb but the mirror says it's 199mb.
